Caroline Plaisted worked in publishing for fourteen years, latterly as editorial manager for BBC Books, before writing her own books. She has had more than forty books published including E-Love, Reality Bites Back!, Living With a Re-Invented Mum and No Way Am I Living Her!

She is currently working on a new book entitled No Way Am I Living with Her! as well as editing a school magazine, Ink Pellet.

She lives in Kent with her two children, two dogs and two cats.
