Fashions fade, friends are forever!
As she caught up with her
mother, Maddy turned back to face us, giving me a look of purest
death-ray contempt.
‘Don’t take it personally,’ said Rani. ‘So
what if she called us Barbie dolls; some people don’t know
what real style is.’
Carrie and her friends, Rani and Chloe,
each have a talent for style – Carrie is great at design,
Rani is gifted with make-up, and Chloe has a flair for fashion.
They’re a great team – but
Carrie realises she has been neglecting Rani and Chloe for a
boy. So she decides to make an effort to be a better person – which
includes helping others to find the best in themselves, as well
as finding them the loves of their lives. However, when her plans
collide with reality, she realises there are lessons to be had,
as well as laughs.
Carrie knows that fashions change but style
stays with you forever. But which is true when it comes to
friends?
