Ruby and Grub
A tale of family life and one very mucky pup!
Ruby loves her dog, Grub, and Grub loves Ruby. But Grub is a
very mucky pup and makes a mess all the time. One day,
Mum has had enough and Grub goes to live with Uncle Tom.
But the family soon find that the house is too quiet and tidy
without him, and miss him too much. The mess doesn’t matter
because some things, like affection, are just more important.
'Family and belonging are at the heart of this amusing tale of Grub, a very mucky pup, who becomes too much trouble and is sent away. However, before long his grubby charms are missed, and he is accepted back into the family just the way he is.'
'Humour and life lessons that even the smallest child could appreciate. Youngsters will also adore the delightful illustrations by Sarah Warburton, who has created a very mischievous-looking pooch in Grub.'
