Zoë and the Fairy Medicine
“It is the Annual Fairy convention, and I'll be away for
a few days,” announced
the Fairy Queen one morning. “There must be no trouble
here at Fairy School.”
All the fairies promise to be on their best behaviour, and everything
goes well until Marcy hits her head. When the Fairy Nurse inadvertently
gives her growing medicine, Zoë and Pip have to find a shrinking
antidote. To their horror, they discover the ingredients they
need are at the top of a mountain guarded by a scary troll…
‘The story has plenty to interest the reader…the vocabulary is witty and charming…The whimsical pencil and watercolour illustrations are very amusing.’
